If you are thinking of applying for a visa, or for permission to remain, then MAGNE & CO Solicitors, has the knowledge and experience to guide and assist you. We believe that good, and thorough advice on your Immigration matters is the key to an appropriate and ultimately successful application to the UKVI. There is a flat rate charge of £180 for a consultation. Following the consultation a detailed advice letter is given, setting out the next steps. Where possible, a fixed fee may be agreed, where there is sufficient certainty. Consultations may be in person or via Zoom or a combination of both. We can be contacted at post@magne.co.uk. If you are confident that you have prepared the application correctly but wish for the re assurance of a review from a Solicitor then we offer a fixed fee checking service of £1200. with a supplement of £120 for each dependent.

Applications fall into three broadly distinct themes:

• Applications for Immigration Status that arise from past historical events (Legacy Cases);
• Applications pertaining to the rights of the Individual; and
• Applications specific to the Economic benefit to the United Kingdom.
